Default time ranges per meal. Each event can override these; eating-space availability is computed against them.

Breakfast
to(7:30 AM–9:00 AM) Lunch
to(12:00 PM–1:00 PM) Dinner
to(5:30 PM–7:00 PM)Eating spaces & pairing rules
- Evergreen Café — up to 80 · cannot host two meals in the same window
- The Pines — up to 40 · cannot host two meals in the same window
Any meeting room may be paired with any eating space — there is no required adjacency. Eating is not permitted in meeting rooms.
